Since leaving Intimas in early 2009 Gary Watson (Northern Area Sales Manager) and Andy Wrench (Sales Director Charnos) teamed up to form AWG brands. They recognised Curvy Kate as an exciting emerging lingerie brand offering a gorgeous product at the right price. AWG brands have enabled Curvy Kate to reach a wider market and offer a more personal service to our customers.
With more than 25 years sales experience in the intimate apparel industry AWG have represented a portfolio of brands covering lingerie, shapewear, swimwear and hosiery. The growing demand for well fitted bras in smaller back sizes and larger cup fittings means Curvy Kate is able to fill a gap in the full cup bra market. The reaction was fantastic and it was great to hear how impressed other retailers were by the fit and quality of the bras, and how delighted our customers were to have more choice.
